1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Saharix ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, strictly do not use our services.
2. Escrow Services
Saharix acts as a neutral third-party escrow agent. We hold funds in insured trust accounts until mutually agreed conditions are met by both Client and Provider. We do not endorse any specific services or milestones sold by users.
3. Prohibited Transactions
You may not use Saharix for illegal items, weapons, drugs, adult content, or any fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to law enforcement.
4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, funds are held until a resolution is reached via internal mediation or external arbitration. Our decision in internal mediation is final and binding.
5. Fees
We charge a transaction fee as displayed at checkout. This fee is non-refundable once the transaction is initiated.
