1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Saharix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the platform.
2. Escrow Services
Saharix operates as a neutral escrow intermediary, holding funds in trust until predefined release conditions are satisfied by both parties.
3. Prohibited Transactions
The platform may not be used for illegal or fraudulent activity, including prohibited goods and services. Suspicious activity can be reported to authorities.
4. Dispute Resolution
When disputes arise, funds remain protected in escrow while evidence is reviewed. Internal mediation outcomes follow the process defined in platform policy.
5. Fees
Transaction fees are presented at checkout and apply once a transaction is initiated under platform terms.
