Your money sits at “Held in escrow” until the work is approved, and the fee is only charged when step five happens.
The fine print, in plain words
Buyers always pay exactly the agreed amount. The fee is deducted from the seller's payout, and sellers see their net payout before accepting a contract.
Fees apply to successfully funded and released transactions. If a deal is refunded, the fee is not charged.
Naira payouts settle to Nigerian bank accounts. USD, GBP, EUR, GHS, and KES payouts are delivered through licensed payout partners, including mobile money for Ghana and Kenya.
Refer someone and earn fee credits: the friend who joins gets their first completed contract fee-free, and you receive a credit against your own fees.
New accounts can create, fund, and receive payouts on contracts up to ₦10,000. To go above that, verify your identity with a document and a selfie. Verification is reviewed by our team, and most accounts are verified once, with no repeat checks.
