If the service provider fails to deliver by the agreed deadline, you can open a dispute. Our team will review the timeline and communication to determine if a refund is appropriate.
Yes. If a deliverable is only partially met, you can request revisions or open a dispute to negotiate a partial release of funds, ensuring you only pay for completed work.
Both parties should document the service agreement and upload deliverables, progress photos, or links to code repositories directly to Saharix as proof of completion.
Funds are held securely while Saharix investigates the evidence provided by both parties. We review the original project scope and submitted deliverables to reach a fair resolution.
The approval window is the time frame a client has to review the work after it's submitted. This is agreed upon when creating the milestone escrow, typically ranging from 1 to 7 days.
We support bank transfers, USSD, and major debit/credit cards. Funds are held in insured tier-1 bank accounts.
